My complaint:

Hi,

I am writing to seek your assistance in addressing a pressing issue I am facing with my Hotbit Crypto Exchange account. I have exhausted my options with the Hotbit Customer Support team, and I believe your organization may be able to provide the swift resolution and support I urgently require. Please allow me to explain the circumstances surrounding my complaint.

On [date], when I logged into my Hotbit account, I was taken aback to find that my account balance displayed zero (0) instead of the expected amount of $8500 in crypto assets. I have this problem too
