To whom it may concern,
Please be advised that I have been scammed by a fraudulent company called FXTMartket, and the crypto assets were authorized and proceeded from my account in the total amount of 0.018121 BTC (821 USD) utilizing their services.
I never look backwards except for learning, nor do I have a proclivity to blame others for my downfalls, however, I can’t help but link this enormous loss with the trust I had instilled in your institution, a regulated one.
I have attached my complaint letter for your attention and I would like to get your immediate help in this matter as my losses are substantial.

It is important that they take all action within their power to resolve the situation immediately, whether in connection with reversing the transaction or in relation to reimbursing me and credit my wallet for the full amount of these payments, in the total amount of 0.018121 BTC (821 USD)!
