My complaint:
It has been freezing my assets since 9:12:21 o’clock on January 27th.
Given that Hotbit is the only exchange in the world that has the word Lock Freez in its fund tab, this is probably a way of abusing customer assets for this platform.
Suggested solution:
I just want to Defreez or Unlock my assets.
Because I could not use my assets during this period, I suffered a 40% loss.
