My complaint:
I registered on Hotbit and did a few trades the 4th transaction has taken over an hour and a half and my funds has still not been transferred. I cannot cancel the transaction so can’t trade. It’s not a small amount of money. Tried to contact their support but they only have a bot. Logged a ticket 30 min ago and still no reply. I would be not suggest putting big money into this exchange. The cost of me not being able to trade and the fact that they are holding onto my funds has made me furious.
Suggested solution:
They should give me my money!! The cost of not releasing my funds is not acceptable!!
