My complaint:
Dear sir/madam
I just noticed that Hotbit has ceased operation and shut down their servers. They claim that they have put some notice on their website prior to the shutdown of their servers but I have never received any emails from them nor any notification on my Hotbit mobile app about this. Who really check their website when all our transactions were always from the app and also communication with their support center was from email?!
This way they have corrupted thousands of dollars of my assets in the forms of USDT, BTC, ETH, ADA, SOL, etc.
I have sent them several emails but I continuously get template reply stating that we cannot do anything about this now the servers are shut down.
What can we do to reclaim our assets from them?
