My complaint:
I contacted Hostgator 5 days ago to renew my account. You can check the notes the Support or Care team wasn’t been able to renew it for past 4 days and they only kept me hanging and waiting for an admin response. And My domain has been cancelled.
I don’t believe that it’s my fault the support team wasn’t able to do it.
My credit card is charged 3 times for the renewal fees in attempt to renew since past 4 days.
I would like to renew my domain without any redumption fees.
And as I said Hostgator has 3 charges on my account for the renewal fees already.
