My complaint:
I am writing to seek your help to resolve this issue: I have renewed 3 domain names with hostgator (launchpad）in Jan 11, 2023, that is, all my 3 domain names are not expired until Jan 2024. But somehow, on Dec 16, 2023, the 3 domain names are suspended until today. No reason for suspension, I contacted hostgator support, and they replied it is backend issue and their engineering team is working on it, but no reason given and until today this has not been resolved.
I seek your help to look into this matter, as the domains are suspended and all my websites are down and software apps all halted due to websites being down. It has been 4 weeks and still hostgator has not properly replied and resolved this. My business is badly affected by this incident. I hope you can help me to resolve this.
Suggested solution:
simply update my domain names, or release the 3 domain names if hostgator unable to even renew a domain name, and the renewal date is 24-1-2024, i can renew 3 domains then
