My complaint:
i renewed my domain on 16 nov 2023 it was expired on 10th nov
there policy says its goes to redemtion after 45 days
i paid them within week they didnt update and now sahying pay 75 usd more to renew it
Suggested solution:
they should bear the redemtion cost or whatever need to keep running my site www.barada-trading.com
