My complaint:
My card was used for 4 unauthorized hotel transactions 3 of them totaling $1262.00 I Was Refunded for it. And the biggest unauthorized transaction was for $1,786.72 on March 24th at 7:11pm. They denied me because I guess my card was used to swipe a purchase to steal my money it was used without my authorization to use it. I was robbed at gunpoint and with a gun to my head they took my cards n pins with them. And if you look on the documents from my bank account no name is next to the unauthorized hotel transactions. And the hotel receipt doesn’t have my name next to it which is Damera Jones-Bey.
Suggested solution:
They denied me my own money back because I have the right proof it wasn’t me or had any to do with me at all! I have receipts from hotel and the name of who brought the hotel and how they keep denying me but accept and gave me money back for 3 unauthorized transactions but I can’t get the rest of my money that was stolen from me and used to make unauthorized purchases and be taken from me and all together what was taken was $3,044 and I have children who need to eat so I need this unauthorized transaction money back into my account
