My complaint:
I’m writing in reference to Confirmation 84760988 and Folio number 373086A and 361151A . I visited the Cranford location the month of August 19 and made the reservation. The operator I spoke with offer us in the Homewood Honor which my niece agreed. I advised the operator we were on the road and we might not be arriving until much later. I was told late arrival was not a problem, finally arrived in Cranford, NJ Saturday morning August 20at 5:58 AM. The staff person said we were a no show. In asked her what are you talking about, she advised me check in was 3 pm. I told her I was never given that information. She then asked how long would you be staying. I told her i wanted to stay until Sunday , August 21, 2022 12 noon. She said that I would not be charged for a no show. At that point she began to make the keys for the two bedroom suite. We went upstairs and my niece enter her room first. She immediately told me that her room looked as if it was dirty as if already used. My room did as well like someone just took a shower as well. We quickly went back downstairs and in formed the front desk . She said she would call for maid service but that never happen. We sat down in the breakfast area and shortly I heard my name over the loudspeaker. I went to the front desk where I was advised i must vacate the property by 1 pm. that she could not accomomdate my party and myself. that i had to give her a total of $886.00 for being a no show . I’m extremely disappointed, I’m requesting a refund for the rooms that I paid I was sent to dirty room that remained dirty and was never cleaned It was obvious that it had been used by another guest . I was told I could stay and then I was kicked out.
Suggested solution:
I'm requesting that they refund my $886,00 for the Two Bedroom suite that i nerver got a chance to use.
