My complaint:
My room had over 30 insects crawling around in it. Lots of alive and dead bugs EVERYWHERE. My shower and TV and microwave were all broken. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER WILL RETURN!!!
Suggested solution:
A 100% FULL REFUND!!!!
