My complaint:

I called office letting them know if checkout at 1045 to hen walked to office waited in line and when my turn it was 1058 . .asked for deposit and she said because I was two min before 11 I couldn’t get deposit back ..I told her sign says before 11 and I was there before 11. Now after arguing with her it’s after 11 and she only wants to give me half deposit back ….and besides that we had to switch rooms 3 times after sleeping in hot room cuz nobody to call after 10 cuz ac didn’t work .lots of .roaches too much rif raf ….

Two free nights with room with ac working
