My complaint:

I’m a resident at home town studio for over a year. And the last two months the rates have been changing drastically. I asked to speak with the manager and for some strange reasons she’s never available. At this moment I will hold back my weekly payment until we get this situation resolved. This place is roach infested and nothing is being done about it.
