My complaint:

ive tried to contact HR by phone to no avail. when i went to the front office with the complaint. i was told there was nothing that would be done. that the one who is harassing me and another guest in this place, is the owner of the hotel. My husband, myself and his co worker. rooms are payed for by their company. they pay by the month and have not once been late on a payment. yet every single week since we have arrived we all have been threatened, talked down too, and harassed.

they have threatened to make my husband lose his job and thretened to get him kicked out over false information that she could not show proof of. threatened to get police reports. said his son was taken out in a body bag. his son is alive. he wasnt even staying here the time of the event. my husband had to be taken over to the hospital by ambulance. no one died. she threatened that she had his (or his sons) medical information. that she would turn in over to his boss. that is a hipaa violation. that not only will we but the company my husband works for will sue for. His company is fully aware of the situation.

Even though the company pays by the month the day time manager (who claims to be the owner) Comes every WED morning threatening to kick us out if she isnt given a call within less than 15 min.

We have never been late nor has the front desk not received a call from the company every week. here is just one account of the events thats been transpiring.

Instead of saying it in a professional way or asking what is going on. Again the room is paid by the MONTH.
The women who is the day time manager bangs on the door and says:

Get your stuff and get out. its passed 11:00 and no one has renewed your room you cant be lounging around in this room doing nothing all day, we will put your stuff out on the side walk

She makes me call the company during business hours while they are busy at work just to make husbands boss have to stop what they are doing and call her right now.

that is absolutely uncalled for and completely unnecessary to literally force someone into doing. i understand there are rules and policies, but it can be addressed in a better manner and handled more appropriately.

We have not once since we first moved in received any more clean towels or sheets within the whole month we have been here.
his son who was shared a double bedded room with us moved out two weeks ago and they wouldnt even retrieve and clean the linen from that bed. is it still dirty.

i also have seen the cleaning ladys put the linen off the beds from other rooms into the back of their cars. i dont know how yall do things around here but it is very strange.

This type of behavior has caused a lot of emotional stress to me and my husband. his coworker mentioned earlier has called corprate on the same manager twice already in the past few weeks. we feel as if you do not care nor wish to provide any sort of reconciliation. that the behavior and treatment we have experienced from your staff will go unpunished and it is okay for them to treat your guests that way.

we are currently searching for a new place to stay for not only us but the other guests roomed here by the company. the company no longer wishes to book rooms for their employees due to the trouble they have been given from here at…

Suggested solution:

find another more professional manager to make your guests feel welcome to stay and not like they are not wanted here.

do something about the lies and the threats given by your employees.

help prevent such a traumatic event from happening to your future guests
