My complaint:
We were originally in one room the ac stopped working after a week and 4 days we moved on the Thursday of our 2nd week into a room with black mold the office is closed and there are no available rooms so we have to stay the night here my fiance is 8 months pregnant plus I have my 6 yr old son with us as well I tried to cover and tape up the areas as best as Possible until the office opens in the morning because we have no where else to go for the the night this is unacceptable we have paid over 1000 dollars to stay here and it has been nothing but problem after problem it’s unfair and I need a call and solution asap .
