My complaint:

I made a reservation a week prior. I got in an the lady at the front didn’t even have a smile. She said she didn’t see my reservation and there was nothing she can do. Told me to wait and took the next person. They did a shift change and she told the next lady that because I used hotels.com and she couldn’t find my reservation that I wasn’t important and I can wait till she cleared the lobby. I called Hotels.com and they called the hotel and both ladies left them on hold. After an hour of waiting and calling a manager they gave me a room. I get to the room and it’s DIRTY. Look at the pictures I upload. The AC doesn’t stay on and the room doesn’t stay cool which makes it uncomfortable. The sinks leak. The bathroom smells like mildew. There is roaches. I have many photos but it only allows me to upload one.

Suggested solution:

Give me a clean room with an AC that works.
