My complaint:
I cancelled my reservation as told to do so by staff. Before 6pm on the 4th, like I was directed to. Afterwards I called booking.Com, they had no problem refunding or not taking 30.00 from me. They sent abc email to the motel, asking then to wave there fees also. And nothing. Over a week had passed, so I texted heck out to booking, they see a 2nd email to motel. Well it’s been almost an entire week. And still haven’t heard from the motel. What a rip off. Why isn’t the motel stepping up, since they’re the 1s who made me cancel from the beginning.
Suggested solution:
By refunding me the entire amount I already was charged for by then
