My complaint:
I contacting Home Advisor, who I have used in the past with No Problems, for a Estimate to Tint my Windows.
I talked with several people and was told if I were to join, I would get a discount, which I did.
We agreed on a price of $428.67
On April 29th a man showed up. I asked if he had a sample of the tint. He replied Oh no I only remove tint and wash windows. Seeing I was having Blinds installed the next day, I told him to go ahead.
When I complained to Home Advisor they said he would never get another job, through Home Advisor. That is unfair he did his job, however I did not get my TINTED WINDOWS!!!!!!!
They took my $428.67 that day When I complained. Home Advisor said they would give me a $200.00 Credit towards the next job. Unacceptable.
Had another call from Home Advisor How do you like your Tinted Windows? Offered to get another Company said I will never use Home Advisor again until this is resolved. I want a refund of the $428.67
