My complaint:
March 31,21 set up a work order for measurement and purchase of screen door we a date for 41021 was quoted price of $213 then it was suggested if I join a membership of $19.99 I will get a discount total now $171. I was told someone from JR screening would call to verify no one never called so on 4321 called home advisor to date and price I was told yes. A man showed up at my door on 41021 with no tool’s had no id I ask who did he work for he said his self. He was there to put a screen door on I said you were supposed to measure for door and bring and install for $ 171 he said he would install alone for $200. I call home advisor and cancel don’t charge my account. I was told ok.
Suggested solution:
I would like total refund and refund for membership. I've been calling home advisor for the last two days to speak to a supervisor I was told both days someone would call no one did. I was also told I would only get half of my money. You guys miss inform me about the job you Sent some strange man with no id to my door putting my security at risk. I want a complete refund you guys took that money out after I called in to complained. I will keep calling until my total refund is return. And you should also re trained your agents to be more clear
