My complaint:
I loaded an Ott voucher into my account yesterday and it gave me an error.
I tried to use it on another platform and it told me the voucher had already been used.
I’ve been contacting hollywoodbets since 09 April at 7:50am to tell them the voucher wasn’t credited to my account and I can’t use it anymore but I’ve just been getting the runaround.
I’ve called them and spent R100 on airtime, the agents disconnect me. I’ve emailed and I get no feedback besides they working on it. I’ve tried live chat where the agents either disconnect or transfer me back to the queue.
They keep telling me the voucher was redeemed on 6/03/25 which is ridiculous if I only bought it yesterday the 9/04/25.
I’ve even sent them pics of the voucher.
I’ve requested a manager or team leader call me back but still nothing.
Its not the first time they don’t credit my account with a deposit.
