My complaint:
I have been playing for so long on HB.. at 1st I enjoyed it because it was consistent.
I feel HB is stealing from their clients. How can you out of a 1000 spins and more for 5 months in a row win nothing back..
Please explain..I play every day.. and for the last past 5months I have only been banking my money at HB
There are too many other online platforms to choose from..why should I waste my money on HB that only seems to be stealing our money..
I joined because of the consistency..win or lose..
But I’m only losing right now..
For 5months consecutively every day..and I got nothing for it..
I know one take a gamble on playing but this is downright disgusting and shameful..
Try and make your customers especially the loyal ones win sometimes..
You don’t gain customers by stealing from them..
I’m in a one way situationship with HB and I’m not winning..
Stop being greedy…allow your loyal customers to win sometimes..
It’s impossible to not win anything for 5months playing every day..
The math ain’t mathing…
I will delete my account and seek other sites if this buffoonery carries on..
Shame on you HB…
Suggested solution:
Listen and respond and act upon it because they stand in danger of losing customers...I won't recommend anyone at this rate.
