I made a bet on Monopoly Big Baller on Evolution.the 17/03/25 at 03:25:20.
Game nr: 01:21:52.
I won R200 bonus but it was never added to my balance. I waited for 24hrs to check if my it will still clear but up to now nothing.
I would please have my money. this is the 2nd time this happened. about a year ago the same thing happend I queried multiple times but was never imbursed for that and certainly not going to sit back a second time.
I want to know how long it will take to pay my money that is owed to me and I would appreciate if the previous queries money can be sorted out too.

Please can this be resolved too, it is so unfair to wait so long for no one getting back to me.
