My complaint:
I made a absa cash send withdrawal and it was successful after the withdrawal i still had about R2300 left in my account so i continued playing and i won again by that time i saw that there was no pin or withdrawal number send to me so i thougt it was absa thats offline so i instead used fnb to withdraw 3 time afterwards and that money i did receive but however when i started investigating and spoke to a consultant she told me that its still in process the 30 minutes later i spoke to another consultant which told me that it reversed itself and told me that the money was reversed back to my hollywoodbets acount .(note i did not reverse this withdrawal) afterwards while trying to resolve this issue she just told me it was send back to my account and basically end the conversation leaving the chat not that i have all the screenshots of both consultant that i spoken to with was /- 30 min apart i believe that the problem is on there side not mine as they didnt even tried informing me about this reversal

I made the withdrawal it was successful and i didn't receive it i want the money that i withdrawn which was successful
