My complaint:
I played golden race sport game on the 31 May 2023 … I won and some tickets lost but my issue is that all my tickets are pending… My winning tickets are pending and I have not been credited.. I called them, email daily to fix the problem but the consultants keep on telling me wait 48 hours… Today is 6 June 2023 and my problem has not been resolved
Suggested solution:
Clear all the tickets.. So I can make a withdrawal
