My complaint:
Today i am at hollywoodbets shaik centre and not the first time i had this rude service .
The lady in question is Promise she is very abd very arrogant i kindly asked her cos she was free if i can take a horse racing bet and she just totally ignored me after repeatedly asking her, and even refused to call the manager.
After much persuasion she did call him and just as his staff he was none the beta and showed little or no interest in me his name is Mkazimulo what a poor manager with no idea how a business is run let alone a major company like Hollywoodbets and what customer service is all about.Anyway it’s up to me it’s my cash that i spend here regularly and after this it’s a No Go to Hollywoodbets there are other more accommodating betting centers who appreciates customers.Mite i just add it’s all the ladies on the betting side who have a serious attitude problem yet on the tote side all the ladies are a absolute pleasure to do betting with Kudos to them.
So if you want your business to grow change your manager and staff or thd inevitable will happen
