My complaint:
Good day
I have made a Instant Money withdrawal which shows completed on the app on the 3rd June 2023. Till date I have not received my voucher or pin. I have also been to the branch, they tell me to wait. I have continuously been put on hold at the contact centre. I have sent several emails, then I get told voucher will be resent. Still nothing! This is terrible service and they do not have the decency to even let me know as to what the delay is a out and when will I receive my money!
Suggested solution:
Immediately, I cannot wait any longer.
