My complaint:
Since from the 12th I have not received my cash send voucher and I am told stories everytime I try to complain and now I am told my account is with it department and. Daily I speak to managers who will make me wait for 24 to 48 hour period
Suggested solution:
Contact me and help me get my 1400 instead of closing the ticket from their site without verifying status of my claim as it is saying bank approval bending
