Hollywoodbets complaint: Winnings not paid out

My complaint:

I won 100 on 17 May and 100 on 18 May and sent myself a absa cash send which is still saying pending bank approval I’ve requested for a reversal and it’s still not reflecting in my account, it’s been 13days now. What is going on???

Suggested solution:

Reversing my winnings back into my Hollywoodbet account and i will use another method to withdraw it.
