My complaint:
So I paid for a week at holiday inn hotel and when I got to my room, it was completely dirty, dusty vents no towels, looked as if someone was already in the room n left. Room service front desk, gave attitude because I let them know. Ended up cleaning the room myself due to front desk hadn’t made it to the room to look at it. Had bed bugs I between matteress! Later in the day decided to get my money back. I don’t spend money AT
a room to get bit up?! Front desk would not give my mom ey back! Said that once I been in the room 30mins over then there wasn’t anything they could do
