My complaint:

Subject: Issue with room 207
Hi I just spoke with the front desk regarding the stay in room 207 on Thursday and Friday for my son’s wedding. When I left, I ed management about a leaky air conditioner that wet the carpet by the desk . I developed a small rash on Friday which I dismissed as potential mosquito bites but then more continued to appear. I have been treating it and ed with a nurse today that it is bed bug bites. I am attaching some pictures for reference. I booked through Expedia for the two nights and wanted to talk to you prior to leaving my review. I know that you would not intentionally put me in a room knowing it has bed bugs but it has been an ordeal and I now have to treat my home in case they were brought in on my belongings . My husband and I were in the bed and on the couch and he has very little irritation- I however am allergic and have been extremely uncomfortable. I slept on the right side of the bed as you face it. Please get back to me regarding this. I am an ihg member 195168351.
Long story short I did bring them home as well, and I have been speaking with the corporate office who is doing absolutely nothing for me saying that the hotel denies it, but not proving anything and saying I have to deal directly with the hotel who refuses to call me back!
Suggested solution:
They should call me back and refund my stay at the very least.
