My complaint:
This is a picture of the catalytic converter that was stolen from our vehicle in the Ocala Holiday Inn and Suites, Conference Center parking lot. We spent 4 hours sweating in the parking lot waiting for a tow truck, and the Ocala police, and you know what the Manager said?
HE WAS TOO BUSY TO SPEAK TO US!
A call to Holiday Inn Corporate Guest Relations was a waste of time as well. 3 hours, only to be directed to the same manager that wouldn’t talk to us.
