My complaint:
I purchased the DH70W1WG Dehumidifier in late 2019 and just used it for 3 months then tried to use it in 2020 it just froze up and stop working they replaced the unit in 2020 and it ran only for 2 months when it broke down and they would not replace it because the warrentee from the first one expired but the replacement was less than 1 year old which I only use them for 3 month.I did a search and alot of other owners of the same unit has the same problems.
Suggested solution:
Replace the unit.
