My complaint:

I TOOK MY TV TO THE WALK IN REPAIR CENTRE IN MILNERTON IN MID MARCH. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND EXCUSES I WENT TO COLLECT MY TV YESTERDAY, 20 APRIL 2022 BUT WAS TOLD THAT MY TV WAS SENT TO WHERE I PURCHASED IT. AFTER A LOT OF WASTED TIME, I WAS PROMISED BY THE MANAGER THAT MY TV WOULD BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS. I JUST CALLED THEM NOW AT 13:55, AND WAS TOLD BY A RATHER INCOMPETENT CLIFFORD, THAT HE HAS NOT ARRANGED FOR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF MU TV, AS HE DID NOT GET A CALL BACK FROM THE STORE TO WHICH THEY SEEMINGLY ERRONIOUSLY SENT MY TV, WITHOUT ANY CONSULTATION WITH ME. tO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, IT SEEMS THAT THIS IS A REGULAR OCCURENCE, AS ANOTHER CLIENT WAS THERE DURING MY VISIT, AND NO ONE COULD TELL HIM WHERE HIS TV WAS EITHER.

Suggested solution:

THEY SHOULD HIRE MORE COMPETENT PEOPLE.
