My complaint:

Dear SirMadam,
I bought a Hisense fridge and fridger on 31 July,2020(Ordered)-Model No-RIB291F4AW1. I had bought it through Very. It stopped working from the 3rd week of February, 2022-it would not cool-and I called Hisense as it has two years manufacturers warranty. I was told that an Engineer would contact me and one came from Capital Repairs on the 2nd week of April,2022; and after checking the fridge he told that it had electric connection problem. He told the fridge would start working after about 8 hours. However, unfortunately, the fridge did not work and I called Hisense on 01913870804 and a lady told an Engineer would come on 18 of April, 2022 but none turned up that day. I called again, and I was told an Engineer would come on 21 April, and again none turned up. I again called on that day(21) evening and a lady receiving my phone told she would certainly resolve the issue within two days and took my phone number. Today is 27 and I haven’t heard anything from Hisense. I am an Extremely Vulnerable Person Medically and have been without a fridge for more than 2 months and Hisense is not doing anything. Dear sirmadam-Doesn’t it look like a big joke? A reputed company like Hisense can behave like this- I had never ever even imagined. My friends are telling me to raise the issue through social media-but I want to raise the issue first with Hisense itself to give it a chance. Please take it seriously and do something to solve this problem.

Suggested solution:

They should repair my fridge as soon as possible or give me a new one if they can't repair it-as per the rule of 'Manufacturer's Warranty Policy'.
