Hisense complaint: Faulty oven and gas stove

My complaint:

The stove did not work since purchased, cannot go higher than 115 degrees. Hisense is out of the correct parts to have the oven cut out at a higher twmperature. They do not want to refund us.

Suggested solution:

We want a refund please
