My complaint:
Purchased a Hisense 55 TV from Costco 17 months ago. The TV screen started to distort last week, about 20% of the screen surface. With a 3 year warranty, I contacted Hisense and (through email sent pictures) that I had abused the TV and that the warranty was not valid. The TV was not abused and Hisense would not honor their warranty. Do not purchase Hisense products.
Suggested solution:
I want the TV repaired or a suitable replacement.
