My complaint:

I purchased a Hisense refrigerator from Lowes on February 9, 2022. Shortly after the purchase, one end of the freezer handle came off. On December 6, 2022, I attempted to make a request for repair. I was asked how the door handle broke and I explained by opening the door. I was told the damage would not be repaired under the warranty because it was considered physical damage. I was told a supervisor would contact me. On January 15, 2023, I sent photos (of the handle), copy of purchase receipt. One photo clearly depicted the handle just came off.
I asked for the physical address and or e-mail address of the legal department and also the corporate office contact information. No representative, at least three, would or knew the requested information. Eventually, I was told I was being transferred to a supervisor. Twice the call was disconnected and once I was transferred to a survey inquiry.
