My complaint:
Received a Roku Hisense R6 series 58 UHD 4K 58R6E3 TV as a Christmas gift. works well on its own but when adding a Hisense HS219 soundbar the audio sync is off. wrote Hisense they said call them. Well, I have pretty much read the manual and found nothing that works. I searched the web and seemed to be a big problem with Hisense. I gave up and sent the soundbar back.
Sours me on Hisense products.
Guess can’t upgrade their inferior products.
Suggested solution:
put something in the Manual that works for the fix. or get out of the business.
I would give them an F for product quality.
