Hisense complaint: Two service calls to replace parts

My complaint:

Hisense 50 4K TV keeps dropping the HDMI. Actions taken: reset to factory defaults, firmware upgrade, 1 service call to replace the HDMI board, 2nd service call to replace the HDMI and the power board. Switched HDMI cables did not resolve it either. Spoke with customer service and they said no refund since outside of refund timetable whatever that means. I want a refund. I’ve been living with this defective TV for over 8 months. I don’t whether to contact BBB or FTC?
