My complaint:
Date and time what shows parcel was delivered they told it was given to household hands but I was home alone and sleeping after night shift
Actually in last 6 month its happened 3 times with Hermes drivers
Suggested solution:
Just want to get my money back I payd for parcel and compensation for lost time and stres
