My complaint:
I am not happy, One of your drivers. delivered a parcel to my house today, As we were not in, He decided it was okay to leave it there where it could have been stolen. I thought they were not allowed to do that?
You had a fantastic driver called Eddie, He always made sure we were there to accept it. If not he left a card to say when he would be back, Never had any problems.
So I am sorry this is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
1st I would like to get a response either by email to cathmort57@sky.com or call me on 07802887446.
2nd i do not want this to happen again as myself and my husband get a lot of parcels delivered by Hermes
