My complaint:
The Deliver staff came to my block and rang the bell, I buzzed the guy in and saw him physically open the door from my window. I could not go downstairs as I was on a work call. The guy proceeded to close the door and ring 2 more times.
I explained to over the intercom that I could not leave my home and that he should bring it up or leave it in the secure lobby downstairs. The deliver driver took my package away and I was told by Hermes that his three rings counted as tree delivery attempts. The are now keeping my package for re delivery to China. I can not get hold of any Hermes customer service staff. In my opinion this constitutes as theft, they have failed to deliver my possessions when they had every opportunity to do it.
Suggested solution:
Bring me my possessions. Have a real customer service phone line instead of limited computer voiced steps.
Introduce training to staff so they do not behave like this.
