My complaint:
I ordered a sweatshirt from this company over a month ago and still have not received my item. They process my payment but did not ship items. I have reached out to their customer service department several times with no response. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would like the item I ordered or a refund on the item.
