My complaint:
I bought an Astroworld t-shirt for my friends birthday in March and paid it with PayPal.
The package got lost while it was on its way to me and Hatvat suggested they would send a new one on their own costs.
When I agreed and gave my adres again because that’s what they asked me to do.
I never heard back from them ever again.
In the meantime I have sent them 3 more emails asking for a refund.
How do I get my money back?
