My complaint:
I ordered my shirts in August of this year..Hatvat sent me tracking number after over a month,I tracked my package to someone in Springs Texas..i live in Wyoming..it wasn’t even sent to my name n definitely not my address.. hatvat emailed me and asked me if I wanted to refund I told them know that I want my product the response was for me to wait 2 weeks it has been another month going on longer probably and I’ve emailed them a few times and have not got an email back… it’s so frustrating n I’m outta patience
Suggested solution:
I just want my XXXtensions shirts..2 shirts for my daughter, they were supposed to be a gift in September
