My complaint:
My order has apparently not been accepted
This is utter nonsens!! You could have asked me to bring in the visa card plus my ID which I would have happily done and now I have to wait for my refund as well?!!!!!!! What a very poor and pathetic way to run your business!! Now my funds( since it is Friday) may only be available in 1 week for me to go to another store to buy my phone which I need and have saved up for! If you want to be picky with online orders then please state it clearly and at least have the option for an immediate reversal and refund. Hands down this has been my worst experience online and I am an avid online shopper. Save yourself some serious hassle and time and buy from somewhere else! And all everyone says is refund processed and will only show in 2-5 business days! Seriously!!!!
