Harvey Norman complaint: I paid for a computer to be transferred to my local store. When it arrived it was the wrong computer

My complaint:

I went to the store.
They did not have my computer in stock only a display model.
They ordered a computer from another store
When I went to pick it up it was the wrong model number
I have tried endlessly to get the computer that was on sale, they will not order it in from another store
For a complaint you need to see the store , no higher office to pull them into line

Suggested solution:

Give me the computer I ordered and paid for
