My complaint:

I sent an email to customer services on Wednesday evening about what happened. The system sa I’d that you would respond within 48 hours which you haven’t.
I would be grateful for a response to my complaint as well as an explanation of why you have not responded.

Suggested solution:

By pr voiding a satisfactory response - for a start.
