My complaint:
Had to wait 45 minuites for bus as bus cancelled,have very bad knee and have no other way to get home.!
Bus was very slow on way back took ages to get back.
Went to chapel Allerton for physio have no car am extremely tired with knee injury and to leave me stood for 45m with this knee and in the cold was unnaceptable.!!!!
Suggested solution:
Refund of ticket.!
£4 return.
