My complaint:
My son been with Hannafords for 6 years and 3 months. Store manager , front end manager, and associate relations manager were all in the office. They been trying hard to get rid of my son a hard worker for the longest time. They went back 5 months ago and said he came back on 3 different occasions late from a break. My son couldn’t remember what time he had clocked out.
That happened 5 months ago really they couldn’t find anything present so they went back 5 months ago. My son falls under the American Disability Act 1990 no Employer can not fired a learning disability person , they have to accommodate them.
Suggested solution:
To solve it you bring him back.
You make him full time
You accommodate him
Pay him his money been a month and still no last check from them.
